On behalf of our WG6 leader, Carsten W Lederer, I am pleased to invite you to the upcoming WG6 meeting, to kickstart and identify suitable authors for the first of three envisaged WG6-derived review articles. The topic of Regulation for Pediatric Application of Genome Editing in the EU will be discussed based on an initial presentation by Dr Viviana Giannuzzi: Ethics issues and regulatory journey of advanced therapies in the EU.
In addition to a discussion of the above topic and article, further meeting dates and two additional article topics will be discussed for show of interest.
The meeting will take place online on 27 June at 10:00 h CET.
